Tuition Rates and Policies 2025-2026 Dance Year

For each additional class that your dancer is signed up for they will receive a discounted rate (per dancer or per family) 

All classes, including team and company will follow these rates except for the following classes: 

Jazz Technique- 1 hour and 15 minute classes = $94 
Ballet Technique- 1 hour and 30 minutes = $113 

Monthly Tuition Prices 

1 Class - $75 

2 Classes - $145 

3 Classes - $210 

4 Classes - $270 

5 Classes - $325 

6 Classes - $ 390 

7 Classes or MORE- $455 

Drop in cards will continue to be available: 

1 single class: $20 per class 

5 class card: $100 

10 class card: $200 

Important payment info for the upcoming dance season PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! 

Tuition can be paid by Check, Cash, or Credit Card, however if you wish to have your payment processed via credit card (Visa or Mastercard through the portal) a 3% fee will be added. Everyone’s credit card will remain on file. If you wish to pay your monthly fees via check or cash, I will need you to contact me prior to the first month (September) to set that up. If you choose to have your payments

processed through credit, please check your account information on the portal and make sure everything is up to date. 

If you wish to pay your tuition in full for the 2025-2026 season, you will receive a 10% discount.

● Classes meet once per week 

● Tuition is due the first of the month 

○ There will be a $25 late fee for tuition that is late. There will be an additional late fee of $10 added for each additional attempt to collect fees via email. Thank you for your attention to this. 

Refund Policies: 

○ Registration fees and tuition are non refundable. Costume orders cannot be canceled and are non refundable. Missed classes due to illness or inclement weather will not be prorated. Make ups are strongly encouraged. Please send an email to schedule all make-up classes. 

○ If your payment is declined, you should receive an email. If you have not made an attempt to handle a declined payment, or you have a check that is returned, there will be a $35 fee. 

○ If your child has an injury, or needs to withdraw from a class, this must be done in writing. You can email macacademy.dance@gmail.com. 

● Costume/Recital Fee Policy 

○ Due January 15th- There is a $25 recital fee due per child 

○ Due January 15th-Costume fee per dancer per class (no costume fees for technique classes) 

○ The following pricing is for Rec classes ONLY-Teams and Companies will receive separate pricing.

● Thursday 6:30 tumbling 

● Thursday 7:30 tumbling 

■ $85 

● All Ballet Trainee/Pre pointe/Pointe/Tap and Improv Classes 

**Classes will begin Monday, September 8th!**

If you are new to MAD and recently signed up for a summer class or camp, you will not

need to pay another registration fee. Registration fees are paid once a year.

Our dance calendar begins in September and goes through June. Our dance season is

concluded with a dance recital in June. Tuition is based on the dance season, and not

the amount of classes per month. In June, we will hold an in studio finale rehearsal that

will be held at a separate time.

Rec classes are online, so you can register your child through the portal to hold your

spot if you have not filled out an RSVP form. If you need to change any classes you can

always send me an email.

*If you are a team or company member, you will be

placed in the classes given to you after your audition. Those classes are not

listed yet. If you are looking to add additional rec classes, you may enroll in

those. Please let me know if you need help enrolling in any class.
